His Voice, His Hands, His Feet
The Body of Christ
Proclaiming Him to the world
"Through faith we are taught by Christ; through hope we turn to Christ our Mediator and Saviour ; in love we become His disciples, His friends." - Bernard Haring
Holy Cross, located in Baraboo, Wisconsin, is a parish of the Orthodox Anglican Church, which is headquartered in Thomasville, NC. We held our first service on July 7, 2007 in the basement of the Masonic Temple in Baraboo. On January 4, 2009 we held our first service in our new home, the building pictured above. We are a small but friendly and loving parish.
Our worship is from the 1928 Book of Common Prayer and uses the text from the King James Version of the Bible for the Scripture readings.
All are welcome to come and worship with us!
"The hungry mind is satisfied with the vision of Eternal Truth, the hungry spirit is satisfied with Christ Himself." - W.C.E. Newbolt, The Sacrament of the Altar
